The LRR Homecare Program is designed to ensure all minor maintenance items are addressed in a timely manner, avoiding extra charges per occurrence and/or visit by one of LRR’s staff members. It also ensures the home is fully equipped with hotel-grade housewares and linens, which allows for expedited replacements during cleanings. The Home Care Program is a fixed monthly fee that will be assessed regardless of occupancy.
